Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Steel Stud Framer to join our team at Apex Concepts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, layouts, and constructing building frames using wood, steel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for construction projects
  • Design and implement layouts that meet building codes and regulations
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials to construct building frames
  • Supervise and instruct apprentices in the construction process
  • Collaborate with other workers to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

The Steel Stud Framer will work in various locations, including construction sites and offices. The role requires physical stamina, as the job involves bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Language and Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work in English and commit to a 40-hour workweek.
