As a kitchen helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and working effectively with our team to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Table Settings: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our customers.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards.
- Food Preparation: Portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to our recipes.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a friendly and attentive service that exceeds their expectations.
- Supply Management: Handle and store cleaning products, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas efficiently.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to the required standard.
