Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Killam Bottle Depot. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment
This is an on-site position, requiring the ability to work at our physical location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
