Area Sales Manager

As a key member of the 2 Sisters Poultry & Meat Ltd team, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and will be responsible for determining strategic planning related to new product lines. They will also establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and will be responsible for recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff.
This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week, and is recognized as an employer of choice. The work language is English.
