Retail Store Operations Manager

The UPS Store #244 is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
About the Role- We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or customer-facing industry.
- You should have a strong ability to lead and motivate a team, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this position.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and manage the duties of sales workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Establish and maintain a schedule that meets business needs and complies with labor laws.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and disposing of merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
