Winter Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Winter Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating drivers, assigning route cards, and assisting supervisors with directions.
As a Winter Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our winter maintenance services. You will be working closely with our dispatch team to coordinate the movement of our winter works units and monitoring radio communications to answer driver calls.
Key responsibilities will include timely and accurate completion of winter documentation, monitoring of winter plow units on GPS, and coordination and filing of paperwork and reports.
If you have previous experience in the administration or clerical field and are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements- Previous experience in the administration or clerical field is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work various shifts based on winter weather with a flexible schedule
- Strong organization and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
