Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation to ensure our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing and inventory decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Supervision:

5-10 people.
