Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fatburger. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
