Quantum Computing Data Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our Business Systems team. As a Data Analyst II, you will play a key role in developing a data analytics function and working closely with teams across the company to ensure that our users, products, and business have the models, data products, and insights needed to make decisions and grow responsibly.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out analysis on product performance, user journey analysis, and marketing/content effectiveness to help our business understand which touchpoints and tactics are driving the greatest value.
- Create reports and visualizations in Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Create and maintain dashboards for various departments, including executive dashboards.
- Assist in creating actionable business recommendations through analysis and data storytelling.
- Clean and validate data to ensure appropriate filtering and correctness of data.
- 4+ years' experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science roles, building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets to solve problems.
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact.
