Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at J8 Plumbing & Heating Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and scheduling activities, overseeing apprenticeship training, and setting up machines and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production reports and other relevant documents.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Set up and maintain machines and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.

  • Organized and methodical approach to work.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
