Job Summary

Riverside Recycling Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a dusty, noisy, and potentially odorous environment. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
