Job Title: Data Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Control Supervisor to join our team at TEAM DURANI INC.

Job Summary:

The Data Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data control team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees in data control duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any technical issues that may arise
  • Co-ordinate and assign work tasks to team members
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Organized and reliable
