Laundry Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Production Supervisor to join our team at K-Bro Linen Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry production facility, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a laundry or textile production environment.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity.
