Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
