We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Renovation and Custom New Build Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation and custom building process from start to finish.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance on the best solutions for their projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showroom industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and our CSR software.
