Job Title: Renovation & Custom New Build Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Renovation & Custom New Build Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing renovation and new build projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage renovation and new build projects, including design, specification, and installation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions for their renovation or new build project
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and features to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showroom industry
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Project management excellence and active listening skills
  • Relationship building skills, both internally and externally
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on working smarter, not harder
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and our CSR software
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to win
