Job Summary:
As a key member of the Burrito Boyz team, the Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food delivery. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving sales through efficient service and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train dining room staff to meet Burrito Boyz standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
