About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of commercial property and casualty underwriting experience with 2+ years of leadership experience. A CIP/FCIP designation is preferred, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and underwrite complex new and existing individually underwritten Commercial Property policies
  • Develop and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Train and coach direct reports
  • Participate in developing projections and forecasts for planning
  • Analyze claims history, loss trends, and expenses
  • Maintain comprehensive competitive and industry information
  • Prepare and analyze product-based financial and variance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
