Bottle Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team at Metrotown Bottle Return-It Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
