Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor

At Metrotown Bottle Return Centre, we are seeking a skilled Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. They will also provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Additionally, they will train workers in duties and policies, coordinate and assign work, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English. This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
The Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bottle return centre. They will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities with other departments, and resolving work problems. They will also provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, coordinating and assigning work, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English.
