What You'll Do:- Support an established Wealth Advisor in delivering client service and investment planning
- Learn to assess client suitability for investments, guide asset allocation, and convey asset class details
- Prepare client meeting materials, including documentation and updates for presentation
- Manage client requests and deliver personalized service with speed and accuracy
- Navigate account documentation, systems, and collaborate with administration support teams
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate ability to gain self-sourced clients through networking and business development activities
- Strong client service skills, with a foundation of knowledge in investments and sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high level of integrity
- Great communicator with excellent presentation abilities
- Natural relationship building, collaboration, and networking skills
- Aptitude for direct high-net-worth client relationships and sales
- Interest and ability to understand financial markets and portfolio/investment management
