About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank Private Banking 1859. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our Wealth Advisors in managing high net worth client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Wealth Advisors with administrative tasks, including fund transfers, contributions, and withdrawals, while providing superior client service.
  • Monitor and manage client files, ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
  • Support client activities, such as scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings.
  • Identify client needs and assist in analysis and client preparation materials.
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to the team's growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with operational and regulatory knowledge, ensuring compliance and risk management rules are respected.
  • Act as a resource for resolving client issues and provide guidance to new employees and peers.
About Our Team

Our team at Private Banking 1859 is dedicated to providing wealth management services and advice to a distinctive and high net worth clientele. As a Wealth Associate, you will work closely with Wealth Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements
  • College diploma in administration (Bachelor of Business Administration is an asset) and a minimum of 3 years' industry experience.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Good knowledge of CROESUS software, desirable.
  • Ability to learn computer systems quickly.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Client service experience.
  • Ability to bring the Bank's values to life within the team.
  • Ability and interest in teamwork.
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
