We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of small, medium, and enterprise business clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
- Evaluate accounts at renewal, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and ensuring seamless policy updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product updates, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- 3-5 years of commercial insurance brokering experience, with a strong background in complex policies.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations.
- Active and in good standing RIBO License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
