About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Lil Avas Pizza & Pasta Grande Prairie. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point of sale system
