Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join the Assurance team in Fall 2024. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical knowledge to carry out work projects and assignments efficiently
  • Prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards
  • Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Completed your undergraduate degree or diploma and necessary CPA pre-requisites
  • A desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
