Food Service Supervisor

GillTangri Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimating and Ordering: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering to maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including inventory levels and customer feedback.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our customers.
- Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules to ensure that the food service department operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent position, 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
