Selling Associate

As a Selling Associate at Victoria's Secret, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while engaging with customers and showcasing your product knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
- Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and \"go-backs\"
- Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase
- Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process

Minimum Salary: $17.00
Maximum Salary: $21.00
Victoria's Secret provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
