About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care Specialist to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new auto insurance policies to customers
  • Manage walk-in queries, sales, and up-selling of products to new and existing clients
  • Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
  • Continuously develop your skills through industry training and other courses
  • Generate leads through existing clients
  • Have a solid understanding of policy wordings and coverages
  • Have strong sales and presentation skills
  • Be well-versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once
