Job Summary

Sam's Auto Shop is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing motor vehicles, adjusting and repairing parts and components, and performing scheduled maintenance services.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect motor vehicles in operation to identify any issues or defects
  • Test automotive systems and components to diagnose problems
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
