We are currently seeking a Part-Time Powder Coater to join our team based in Edmonton, AB.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
- Determine powder flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections or by using viscometers
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment
- Load and unload parts or product onto fixtures
- Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years powder experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with welding or metal fabrication is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Type**

Full-Time Weekends

**Salary**

Hourly Compensation: $20/hr

This position is a hourly-based role Weekends ONLY

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
