Digital Marketing Coordinator Role for a Leading Financial Services Company

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at goeasy Ltd, a leading financial services company. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our digital presence and driving successful marketing campaigns.
About the RoleThis is a 10-month contract position, reporting directly to the Director, Digital Performance Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for collaborating with us to develop and execute high-quality marketing initiatives that reflect our brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with our team to support and implement effective campaigns aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Digital Data Analysis: Analyze digital data and provide performance insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- SEM and Paid Social Management: Assist with the management and optimization of SEM and Paid Social channels, including Google, Meta, and Bing.
- Account Review and Optimization: Review and analyze our accounts to identify opportunities for enhancing search terms and improving overall campaign structure.
- Ad Creation and Implementation: Contribute to creating simple ad copy and assist in ad implementation to support campaign goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape. You must also uphold best practices in digital campaign execution and data analysis to drive high-quality results.
RequirementsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, with proven success in campaign execution and achieving KPIs.
- Experience with SEM and Paid Social platforms, such as Google Ads and Ads Manager.
- An understanding of digital data analysis to generate and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving marketing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
