Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at SAHI EXPRESS LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with attention to detail, and as a team player.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
