We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at SAHI EXPRESS LTD.
Job SummaryThe Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit and hire staff
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Client focus and team player
The Head Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking skills.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule is 30 hours per week.
DurationThe duration of the employment is permanent.
