We are seeking experienced painters to join our team at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. As a leading provider of painting services, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to grow their careers and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of painters to deliver high-quality painting services to our customers.
  • Ensure all painting work is completed to the highest standards and on time.
  • Manage and maintain a team of painters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective painting strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of painting services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional painting experience, including exterior and interior spraying.
  • 3+ painters on your crew with a desire to grow to 15+ painters within 1 year.
  • Valid and up-to-date WSIB.
  • 3 million in umbrella liability insurance.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within budgets and manage resources effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
