We are seeking experienced painters to join our team at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. As a leading provider of painting services, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to grow their careers and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of painters to deliver high-quality exterior painting services
  • Manage painting crews to ensure efficient and effective work processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional painting experience, including exterior and interior spraying
  • 3+ painters on your crew with a desire to grow to 15+ painters within 1 year
  • Valid and up to date WSIB
  • 3 million in umbrella liability insurance
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work within budgets and manage resources effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work a few Saturdays a year
