We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Total Fund Oversight team. In this role, you will provide portfolio insights and risk oversight of Total Portfolio investment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and frameworks to ensure effective risk oversight.
  • Provide risk assessments and monitoring of key risks relative to risk limits and thresholds across the Total Fund.
  • Collaborate with the Total Fund Management team to provide risk oversight of investment and financing activities.
  • Enhance risk assessment processes and best practices to ensure all key risks are identified, defined, assessed, and documented.
  • Partner with the Risk Analytics and Models team to review, develop, and enhance risk models and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, or Computer Science.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the investment industry, with experience in investment risk or portfolio management preferred.
  • Professional qualifications relevant to alternative assets, such as CFA Charterholder, CAIA, or FRM, would be an asset.
  • Solid working knowledge of Python, database management, and data visualization software, such as Tableau, would be an asset.
