Job Description:

  • Provide legal services to clients in a wide range of business law matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and financing agreements.
  • Advise on corporate and commercial legal aspects of business strategies, such as mergers and acquisitions, and implement tax-efficient solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored legal advice.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in business law.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and strategic thinking.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
