Job Description:
- Provide legal services to clients in a wide range of business law matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and financing agreements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored legal advice.
Requirements:

Compensation:
