About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Specialist to join our team at LTS Protective Services. As a Mobile Protection Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Alarm Response and Client Communication: Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Site Patrol and Inspection: Patrol scheduled sites and locations, conducting thorough inspections to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties.
  • Officer Inspection and Reporting: Complete site and officer inspections, documenting any issues or concerns and providing regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Security License: Possess a valid Ontario Security License.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid Ontario driver's license (G Class).
  • Insurance Requirements: Meet our insurance company's requirements, including being at least 25 years old as of January 2022.
  • Driver Abstract: Provide a current driver abstract.
  • Insurance Approval: Be approved on our insurance.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination: Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in a related position.
  • Education: Possess a post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field, such as law enforcement.
  • Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, and a high level of personal integrity.
Shifts:
  • Night Shifts: Work night shifts (7:30pm-7:30am).
  • Weekend Shifts: Work weekend shifts (7pm-4am) on Fridays and Saturdays.
