  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and care provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Active directory status on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory.
  • Confirmation letter as proof of enrolment from the Directory.
  • Nursing students currently enrolled in an approved Alberta nursing program, with a minimum of 100 hours of practicum completed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in rural facility living.
  • Experience with Connect Care.
