About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at NuView Radiology and Ultrasound. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including abdominal, obstetrical, and vascular sonography
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in ultrasound imaging and patient care
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and imaging quality
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • 1-2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
