About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Prince George Taxi Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies and managing inventory as required.
  • Reporting and Records: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
