Our products portfolio ranges from high-speed trains, metros, monorail, trams, and e-buses to integrated systems, customized services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure rolling stock availability and document all failures.
- Provide regular updates on fleet status throughout the day and offer technical advice to minimize delay minutes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address maintenance, technical issues, and project-related activities.
- Analyze system logs and provide guidance to intervention agents on rolling stock-related technical issues.
- Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all train systems and contribute to improving reliability performance.
- Experience in the Rail industry with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent knowledge of transit workshops and operating environment.
- Familiarity with electromechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Able to analyze data and provide corrective actions, with strong leadership assets and autonomous working capabilities.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires flexibility to support work shifts between 5am and 1am from Monday to Sunday.
