Responsibilities:

* Assist Estimator with parts sourcing for claims, including part pricing, availability, and confirmations
* Receive and process parts orders from various vendors, ensuring accurate billing and inventory management
* Sign for orders with vendors and inspect parts for shipping damage
* Minimize parts delays by capturing mistakes and ensuring accurate inventory management
* Organize and track parts for easy location and store them safely to avoid loss or damage
* Monitor RO parts orders and work with the Estimator and team to ensure timely fulfillment
* Provide detailed updates on parts orders and ETAs to the Estimator, Techs, and production staff

Requirements:

* 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Valid 'G' Class Driver's license
* I CAR training/certification is an asset
* Knowledge of inventory management and systems is an asset
* Computer literate with proficiency in basic programs such as Windows and Outlook
* Able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
