About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Delivery Specialist at Fishman's Personal Care Cleaners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, maintaining accurate records of items received and delivered.
  • Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of settings, including indoor and outdoor environments.
