GIAN CLEANING CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture. You will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and picking up debris and emptying trash containers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. You must have attention to detail and be able to lift and move heavy objects.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a dependable and reliable individual who is a team player. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful as a Cleaning Specialist, you must have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods. You will be required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset.
