We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Midland and Elmvale. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
