We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at SME GROUP.

Job Summary:

The Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, including scheduling appointments, receiving and issuing payments, and performing data entry.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
