Job Title: Machinist Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machinist Technician to join our team at Industrial Tooling Solutions Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, performing routine maintenance, and conducting quality control checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for CNC machine tools
  • Clean and maintain work space
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Machinist Trade Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Windows
  • SolidWorks software
  • Valid driver's licence
