  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
