Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and quality control standards.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
  • Bake and decorate a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
  • Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality and safety standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:

The Bakery Specialist will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a team of experienced bakers and production staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
